Ball by Ball Live Score Commentary

9.10pm Second-straight loss for Brisbane Heat as Hobart Hurricanes get onto the points table. In hindsight, what Chris Lynn couldn’t do… D’Arcy Short could. His anchoring innings helped Hobart post 159 in 19 overs after which their bowlers, led by Faulkner, chipped in with regular wickets. Max Bryant and Ben Cutting would’ve worried the Hurricanes, but eventually it was the visitors who collected the points. A solid game of cricket to headline the ground’s debut BBL game. That’s all from us at ESPNcricinfo, hop on over to the Bangladesh v West Indies T20I to follow that game. We’ll see you tomorrow for more BBL.
